Exchange & RefundWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you have used it, you need to clean and dry or wipe the goods before putting them in the box. Once the return & exchange is successful, we will charge a restocking fee of $15 (deducted from the refund by default). This charge helps us cover the inspection and processing fees at our warehouse and fulfillment facilities or second shipping cost. To start a return, you can contact us at us@global-reachgroup.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at us@global-reachgroup.com.
Damages and issues Please inspectyour order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the received product is found to be unable to start, and there are defects, you must contact us first, and then take a video of the product problem, to assist us to review the product problem. After the inspection is correct, it is ruled out that the fault is caused by the wrong way of human use, and the product is indeed faulty, we will return and refund for you.
Exceptions / non-returnable itemsUnfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Note: For buyers who want to exchange goods due to purchase problems, we need to charge a re-listing fee of $30 and a second shipping fee.
Cancellation of your orderGenerally, our company sends out your order within 24 hours of the purchase. If you would like to cancel the order, please contact Canoly as soon as you can to cancel it and receive an immediate refund. If your order has already been shipped, we will refund your payment when you send the order back to us. To cancel your order, please contact us via email at us@global-reachgroup.com. Please note that we do not bear the cost of return, return shipping is paid by the customer. The exact fee is based on the return label we provide. If it is due to our reasons that the product received is damaged or incorrect, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee.
RefundsWe will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the returned product does not pass the warehouse inspection, there are obvious traces of use and damage. We need to charge 30-50 USD for product cost loss and destruction. We’ll issue your refund or exchange within approximately 3-5 days of receipt. Refunds typically appear on your credit card statement within 7-12 business days. In addition, if you use Faster shipping express service, we only return the cost of the goods, not excluding Faster shipping costs.Because we have paid the Faster courier fee to send it to you.
